Shipping to the United Kingdom
Since Brexit, shipping to the United Kingdom has become more complex and significantly more expensive due to customs procedures and local VAT requirements.
As a result, we no longer offer shipping to the UK at this time.

Mixed orders
If your order contains both standard and personalised items, they will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Returns & exchanges
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item, please place a new order via the webshop.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

The label has not been removed

The item is in the same condition as delivered

The item has not been damaged by use, wear, or fitting
Important: personalised items cannot be returned.
How to return an item

Download and complete the return form.

Include the completed form in your return package.

Send the item in its original condition to the return address stated on the form.

Once we receive the item in good condition, we will process your return.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after your return has been registered and approved.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Damaged or incomplete orders
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please report this within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@topfanz.com and include clear photos.
If the damage occurred during shipping, we will refund the purchase amount or send a replacement item.
Incomplete orders
If your order is incomplete, please contact us at info@topfanz.com. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Warranty
Consumers are entitled to a statutory warranty of 2 years on hidden defects, starting from the delivery date.

During the first 6 months, defective goods may be returned without conditions, unless Topfanz BV can prove the defect did not exist at delivery.

From the 7th month onwards, the consumer must prove that the defect was already present at delivery.
All complaints regarding hidden defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery via info@topfanz.com.
